Wear your Ironsworth belt for up to 90 days. If it is not right for you, email us at support@ironsworth.shop within 90 days of delivery and we refund the full price of the belts you send back.

How to return

Email us your order number and we reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the belt arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Once the return arrives, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

Every Ironsworth belt has a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. Belts bought in the 5-pack (Buy 3, Get 2 Free) have a lifetime warranty. If the buckle or the strap breaks from normal use, email us a photo and your order number and we send you a new belt. The warranty does not cover wear from misuse, a strap that was cut too short, or loss.

Orders that have not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we reship it or refund it in full.
